The Thunderace is an excellent, reliable sports bike that is comfortable, great looking and has performance that will never leave you wanting more thanks to the silky smooth inline 4 cylinder 1002 cc motor that pulls strong right through the rev range. Meaning this bike can handle long motorway stints or the twisty backroad corners.

You know I bang on about how good these bikes are, but they are! Comfy and quick enough to keep a smile on the most experienced rider`s face.
They are quite good at holding their price after 25 years.
I recently saw one sell for £1500 (Jan 2023) and there is a really nice 15,591miles Blue Yzf1000R for sale now on autotrader for £2,880

But for me, that massive old exhaust has to go...
